She graduated from the Medical University of Lublin in 2000. She received her doctorate in medical science in 2005. The title of her doctoral dissertation: “Applications of the PCR method in the diagnosis of ocular infections”. She obtained her specialization in ophthalmology in 2007.
She has completed numerous foreign internships in vitreoretinal surgery, including a six-month internship at St Maria Croci in Ravenna, Italy, where she excelled in vitrectomy and cataract procedures. In 2009, she completed a course in vitreoretinal surgery in Bremen. She has authored numerous congress reports and publications in the field of ophthalmic surgery.
Currently, she mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases. She performs vitreoretinal injections for an exudative form of age-related macular degeneration, and macular edema, and performs vitrectomy procedures for retinal
